If you wish to book me for an event, I will obviously require certain information to do so. I will collect your name, address, phone number, email address, event date and location. In addition, details about the nature of the event, timings etc will also be require. I will require a booking form be complete for all bookings, either submitted on paper by post or electronically via email.
Who is collecting it?
Information is collect by myself, Brett Smith and will only be visible to myself and Sarah Smith.
What is my data used for?
Any information collected will be used to answer your query or to provide the service that you have requested.
We will not use your contact details for marketing purposes.
How is my data stored?
Enquiries via the contact form on my website or by email will be stored on 1&1 servers which are GDPR compliant. Paper booking forms will be stored securely at my home. Booking forms submitted electronically will be printed and stored securely. All our electronic documents are stored on OneDrive which is GDPR compliant.
Your information will be stored until we no longer need it. After your event, the only data we will retain is that which is required by HMRC. All other data will be deleted.
Who is my information shared with?
We do not pass on, sell or share your data with any other parties.
